不同处理方式对低碳钢中夹杂物的影响

为了减少钢中夹杂物含量,控制其形态分布,采用超声波直接引入高温钢液进行处理的方法,对比研究了超声波处理、吹氩处理和吹氩超声波同时处理对钢中夹杂物的作用效果.结果表明,吹氩处理可以弥散细化钢中的夹杂物,但是效果相对较差.超声波处理后钢中夹杂物的当量个数和平均直径分别为167个/mm2和1.243μm,夹杂物相对比较细小.吹氩超声同时处理也可以细化钢中的夹杂物,但是夹杂物的当量个数和平均直径略大于单独超声波处理时钢中夹杂物的当量个数和平均直径.

英文摘要:

Ultrasonic treatment was carried out by directly inserting ultrasonic wave into molten steel in order to decrease the amount and control the morphology distribution of inclusions in steel. A comparative study of ultrasonic treatment, argon-blowing treatment and ultrasonic-argon blowing co-treatment was undertaken on inclusions in steel. Experimental results showed that argon-blowing treatment can disperse and refine the inclusions in the steel, but is relatively less effective. The equivalent number and the average diameter of inclusions in the steel is 167 ind. /mm2 and 1. 243 μm , respectively, when the ultrasonic treatment is carried out, resulting in relatively fine inclusions . The cooperative treatment by argon-blowing and ultrasonic wave also can refine the inclusions in the steel, but the equivalent number and the average diameter of inclusions in the steel are larger than that of ultrasonic treatment.
