磁悬浮盘片装置是磁悬浮飞轮电池的雏形,该系统对实时性和快速性有较高要求,而现有的微机控制系统很难达到。针对以上问题,设计了以DSP2812为核心的磁悬浮数字控制系统,搭建了硬件电路,并针对常规PID参数在多输入多输出系统中难整定的问题,实现了模糊自整定PID算法。最终实现了磁悬浮盘片的稳定悬浮,满足了系统快速性的要求。
Magnetic suspended disk is the magnetic flywheel battery's embryonic form. IPC control could not meet the magnetic suspension system requirement which were good real-time ability and rapidity. Aiming at those problem, a digital control system based on DSP2812 was designed. Since it was difficult to tune the traditional PID system' parameters in the MIMO magnetic suspended disk system, a fuzzy PID controller was used. The results of experiments show that the digital control system has good stability and rapidity.
