G2B跨组织信息共享环境下,信息不对称主要表现为纵向的信息不对称。在应对纵向信息不对称时,提升完整信息集的有效认识不能通过简单的信息互换、汇总的方式实现。征信平台正是基于纵向信息不对称构建的跨组织信息共享平台。讨论了在这种特殊环境下信息源信用与感知信息质量之间的信任传递过程,采用多重中介效应检验对模型假设进行了实证验证。研究发现,对于信息源的信任可传递给感知信息质量,其传递方式主要有基于实体之间的直接传递与通过征信平台的间接传递两种。间接传递通过信息源在征信平台上累积信用,体现在其完整性、准确性、及时性要素的认知上,从而对于G2B共享信息的采纳起到促进作用。
Vertical information asymmetry takes up dominant position under the circumstances of G2B inter-organizational information sharing. Complete information set cannot be obtained by simple information integration and exchange to reduce the vertical information asymmetry. As info-mediaries in this case, credit reporting system are constructed to offer inter-organizational information sharing under vertical information asymmetry. We discuss the trust transfer between source credibility and perceived information quality in the special situation by testing the multiple mediation effects. The result shows that there are two ways for trust to be transferred to perceived information quality from source credibility. One is directly through information source entities, and the other is through credit reporting platform (indirect transfer). Indirect transfer accumulates credit through information source on the credit reporting platform, and is manifested by its completeness, correctness, timeliness, and facilitates the adoption of shared G2B information.
