To study the constituents and structures of secondary metabolite of Penicillium verruculosum YL-52.The compounds was isolated by extraction,silica gel and Sephadex LH-20 column chromatography.Their structures were elucidated by IR,ESI-MS,1H NMR,13C NMR and DEPT.Five compounds were obtained from the ethyl acetate,of which 2 and 3 were identified as Ursolic acid and Evernic acid.The two identified compounds ursolic acid（2） and evernic acid（3） were both firstly found in the fermentation liquid of Penicillium verruculosum.
