The experiment system for measuring silo effect is designed. The size dependence of static pressure at the bottom of a series of cylindrical granular columns is investigated using this apparatus. A third order law of dependency between the saturated effective mass and the column's diameter is observed, and the saturated effective mass does not vary with the grain's size.
