设计并制作了用于提供稳恒或低频交变的电场和磁场的小型生物电磁环境实验系统,应用该装置研究了稳恒电、磁场对氧化亚铁硫杆菌的生物刻蚀过程的影响.实验结果表明:在定量实时控制下,电、磁场明显加快了细菌对材料的刻蚀速度,并且很好地抑制了超出掩膜的侧蚀和毛刺,使得生物刻蚀微加工的效果有明显提高.
A small experiment system is designed, which provide static or low-frequency alternating electric and magnetic fields. The system is easy-to-operate, low-cost, and has a wide range of applications (scientific research and teaching). The effect of electric and magnetic fields on the etching process of thiobacillus ferrooxidans is studied using this system. It is found that the electric and magnetic fields significantly speed up the etching rate of the bacteria to the material, and suppress well the lateral erosion and burr, the effect of biological micro-machining etching has been markedly improved.
