以咖啡酸和丙醇为原料,对甲苯磺酸作催化剂,在不加入其他溶剂的条件下,酯化合成咖啡酸丙酯.得到最优反应条件为:咖啡酸和丙醇物质的量的比1∶10,反应温度90℃,催化剂添加量为0.1%(以咖啡酸物质的量计),分子筛加入量为0.2%(以咖啡酸的质量计),反应时间为6h,咖啡酸的转化率达到98.06%,咖啡酸丙酯的产率达到94.71%.
Propyl caffeate was synthesized using caffeic acid and propanol as starting materials, p-toluenesulfonic acid as catalyst without adding other solvents. The highest conversion (98.06%) of caffeic acid and the highest yield (94.71%) of propyl caffeate were achieved under the optimum conditions as follows: molar ratio of caffeic acid to propanol 1:10, reaction temperature 90 ℃ , catalyst amount 0.1% (calculated by the molar weight of caffeic acid), molecular sieve amount 0.2% (calculated by the mass of caffeic acid).
