采用数值模拟结合实验验证的方法,先建立高密度聚乙烯(HDPE)/聚丙烯(PP)共混物注射冷却过程中二维温度场的数学模型,根据改进焓法用Mathematica软件对模型进行求解计算得到共混物二维温度分布的模拟值;通过数据采集器对不同比例的HDPE/PP共混物注射冷却过程中的温度变化进行了数据采集,并将采集所得温度的实验值与模拟值进行了比较分析。结果表明:共混物在液相冷却段和结晶段温度分布的实验值与模拟值吻合良好,在固相冷却段实验值略高于模拟值。
By numerical simulation experiment method, first established a mathematical model of high- density polyethylene/polypropylene (HDPE/PP) blends injection cooling process in the two-dimensional temperature field. Based on the improved enthalpy method by using Mathematica software, calculated the model and got simulated values of the blend in two-dimensional temperature distribution ; through the data collector collected the temperature changing data of different proportions of HDPE/PP blend during the injection cooling section, compared the temperature of experimental value and simulation value, the results showed that: blends' experimental value in liquid cooling section and the crystallization temperature distribution with simulated values were in good agreement, in the solid cooling phase, the experimental value was slightly higher than the simulation value.
