燃料电池输出电压低、动态性能差,输出端需加入DC/DC变换器改善其工作性能。交直流微电网应用中,燃料电池DC/DC变换器必须具有宽输入电压范围、大升压比、高效率及电气隔离等特点。为此提出隔离升压全桥变换器(IBFBC)可有效解决以上问题。以IBFBC为研究对象,分析工作机理及工作中存在问题,给出电路主要参数计算和数字化控制实现方法。建立交流小信号模型,研究IBFBC的动静态特性,采用比例积分微分(PID)校正改善系统性能。通过仿真和实验验证了电路的可行性。
Because of the low output voltage and poor dynamic performance, the output of the fuel cell is often added to a DC/DC converter to improve its working performance.Applied to the AC/DC micro grid,fuel cell DC/DC converter must has a wide input voltage range,large step-up ratio, high efficiency and electrical isolation characteristics. Therefore,isolated Boost full bridge converter(IBFBC) is proposed to solve the above problems effectively.Takes IBFBC as the research object,its working principle and the problems existing in the work are discussed, and the main parameter calculation method and the digitally controlled method are given.AC small-signal model is established.Its dynamic and static performance characteristics are studied with Matlab and proportional integral differential (PID) control is applied to improve the system.The simulation and experimental results verify the feasibility of the circuit.
