停靠港口及运输方式选择是否得当,将直接影响企业成本及整个供应链的竞争力。首先,基于港口的战略地位及供应链优化思想,并结合前人的研究成果,在港口评价时就将港口与目的地的连通情况考虑进去构建了港口自身条件,综合运输能力,便利化程度,经营管理能力四个一级评价指标,并对其14个细分指标的内涵进行了阐述分析。在最佳港口选择上采用了具有独特非线性适应性能力的 BP 神经网络算法。然后,基于最佳停靠港构建了考虑转运时间,运量约束和转运成本的货物多式联运模型对最佳运输方式进行了选择。最后,进行了实例分析,表明了模型的合理性和可行性。
The selection of docking port and transport mode will directly affect the total costs of an enterprise and the competitiveness of its supply chain.A four-level evaluation system is established,based on the strategic position of the port and supply chain optimization thought,as well as results of previous studies.This evaluation system includes conditions of ports, transportation capacity,degree of facilitation,and management capabilities,as well as the connectivity between the port and destination.Then 14 sub-indexes were elaborated to analyze four-level evaluation system.The BP neural network algorithm which has unique nonlinear adaptive ability was adopted in the port selection process.A multimodal transport model was built with consideration of the transport time,the transportation capacity and the transportation cost of the port of call.A numerical example is used to examine the rationality and feasibility of the model.
