目前,电加热炉作为热源装置广泛应用于各种干燥机械。针对DH65系列大型红枣热风干燥机陶瓷单管电加热炉的实际应用,利用传热学理论,优化设计了一种多加热器三角形组合的电加热炉结构。通过对改进后的电加热炉热效应分析表明:在相同的传热条件下,炉体的结构优化提高了空气在电加热炉内的加热时间,增加了传热效果。两种炉体结构的热风干燥试验表明:与改进前相比,改进后的升温时间缩短了10min,平约温差也降低了约8℃,恒温阶段温差降低了6℃,温度偏差减小了1℃;同时,改进后的干燥室温度波动较小,温度的稳定性更高,具有更好的温度控制效果。
