制备了一种双层掺杂的白光有机电致发光器件(OLED),其中BAlqTBPe掺杂层发蓝光,Zn(BTZ)2Ru-brene掺杂层发橙色光。器件在驱动电压5V时就能发出白光,且在驱动电压5-15V内色坐标变化较小,均在白光色域区,在15V时亮度达到8572cd/m^2,在电流密度50mA/cm^2时量子效率最高达到0.9%。对该白光OLED的发光和电学性能以及发光机理进行了深入的研究和探讨,进而制备了应用于液晶显示(LCD)背光源的近白光OLED,有效面积达到3cm×3cm,在10V时平均亮度达到-1300cd/m^2,发光亮度均匀性为90%,色度均匀性较好,很好地符合了LCD对背光源的要求。
A novel white organic light-emitting device(OLED) was realized by using a TBPe-doped BAlq layer to provide blue emission and a rubrene-doped Zn(BTZ)2 layer to provide red emission for color mixing. The device had a very low starting voltage at 5 V. By appropriately controlling the doping concentration, the white light OLED achieved a high brighmess of 8 572 cd/m^2 at 15 V,and the maximum external efficiency of 0. 9M at 50 mA/cm^2. The commission intemationable de 1' Eclairage coordinates of the emitted light was stable in the white area at voltages from 5 to 15 V. Then,we analyzed the the principles of the white device. Besides,we make this kind of white OLED to match with LCD screen. The maximal active area achieved 3 cm^3 crn. The average brightness of the device reached 1300 cd/m^2 at 10 V,and the unifomaization of brightness was 90M. So it can be concluded that the white OLED well satisfied the need for LCDhacklighting.
