采用以含ITO导电层的柔性透明PET基片作为衬底,荧光材料TBPe、Rubrene分别掺杂在主体材料CBP和Balq中作为蓝色发光层和橙红色发光层,制备了双发光层白色柔性有机电致发光器件(FOLED)。通过适当调节发光层的掺杂比例和厚度,得到了发光性能理想的白光器件。测量表明,制备的器件色稳定性很好,色度随外加驱动电压在很大范围内变化很小,且其色坐标均非常接近于白色等能点。当电流密度为50mA/cm^2时,器件最高外量子效率达到0.9%。通过抗弯折性能的测试证明,可以基本实现柔性显示的目的。
We designed a device of new multblayer structure and carried out the experiments on white light-emitting. The structure of the device is PET/ITO/PVK:TPD/CBP:TBPe(20nm)/BAIq:Rubrene (10 nm)/BCP(15 nm)/Alqa (25 nm)/ Mg:Ag(1 000 nm)/Ag(20 nm). The bright and steady light emitting is obtained,and the brightness of the devices comes to 3 500cd/m^2 (at driving voltage of 18 V). The commission international De L' Eclariage(CIE) coordination of the devices is very stable at (0.34, 0.33) while the applied voltage varies from 9 V to 13 V. The maximum quantum is 0.9%. The white- light-emitting characteristics of the devices are explained by the diagram of current density-voltage,optical current-voltage and current density-quantum efficiency, which are measured using Keithley 485 Picoammeter and 2400 SourceMeter. Last, we also discuss the emitting mechanism of the material and the devices.
