Basing on lots of direct information,the paper tries to make research on high-rise landmarks updating in old Nanjing city from 1980s.The rule of such updating is sums up as being near city center areas,depending on local policy,interacting with city subway,continuous building height and simple appearance.In the end,its future development is put forward as well.
