在国家新一轮扶贫攻坚和京津冀协同发展战略下,环京津贫困带呈现双重热点特征,深化研究其经济时空演变具有重要的实践意义和理论意义。在研究环京津贫困带范围基础上,通过空间自相关分析法研究该地区的经济发展时空格局演变,发现在波动中趋稳,2007年以后呈现出明显的经济空间集聚特征,演化为空间同质性发展为主异质性发展为辅的格局。通过对比法和城市引力模型研究该地区与京津冀的时空经济格局演变,发现绝对差距一直增大,相对差异总体在缩小,城市间引力值相对较小且与县域经济发展呈正相关,但随时间推移不断增大。最后,从空间经济角度提出政策建议。

英文摘要：

The poverty belt around Beijing and Tianjin is hot issue under the coordinated devel- opment strategy of Jing-Jin-Ji region and the new poverty alleviation, thus it has important practical and theoretical significance to study the space-time evolution of the economic development. On the basis of confirming the study scope of the poverty belt around the Jing-Jin-Ji, this paper analyzes the space-temporal patterns of this region by the spatial autocorrelation analysis method, finding that spatial agglomeration is tending towards stability and presenting obvious spatial agglomeration after 2007, and the spatial development patterns are evolving t~ be homogenous development as the core and heterogeneous development as auxiliary. This paper ~nalyzes the economy pattern evolu- tion between this district and Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei by the copaparative method and gravitational models of cities, showing that the absolute gap is increasing and the relative gap is narrowing, while the gravity values are relatively small and have positive correlation with the county＇s economy development, but they are increasing over time.
