为了简化模糊控制的计算量,避免模糊规则过多产生规则爆炸问题,将模糊控制结合模糊信息粒理论,提出一种新的模糊控制方法。将模糊输入和模糊输出进行粒化,得到模糊信息粒,通过人类经验得到粒采样点的映射关系,拟合出模糊函数。再通过描点法记录的模糊函数的点映射关系.拟合出一条函数,将函数作为模糊控制器的点响应函数来进行控制。响应函数的最初来源还是依靠人类的控制经验,得到的点响应函数控制算法属于不使用模糊逻辑的模糊控制算法。通过对水箱水位控制的仿真可以得出结论,基于模糊信息粒理论的模糊控制方法与传统的模糊控制器相比具有更强的优越性。最后提出模型的改进方法,把点响应函数的离线生成模式改为在线生成模式,使模型具有更强的鲁棒性和实时性。
In order to simplify the calculation of fuzzy control and avoid rules explosion problem generated by many fuzzy rules, we proposed a new fuzzy control method which combines fuzzy control theory with the theory of fuzzy information granulation. The fuzzy input and fuzzy output were granulated to get fuzzy information granules. The map- ping relationship of the granules sampling points was obtained by human experience, and the fuzzy function was fit- ted. The point mapping relationship of the fuzzy function was recorded by using the tracing point method, and the function was fitted to use it as a point response function of the fuzzy controller to control. The point response function is originated from the controlling experience of human beings to get the control algorithm of point response function, which is a kind of fuzzy controller without using fuzzy logic. Through the simulation of the water tank level control, the conclusion can be drawn that the fuzzy control based on fuzzy information theory is superior to the traditional fuzzy controller. Finally, the improved method of the model was proposed, and the method of generating the point response function was transformed into an online method, which makes the model more robust and real-time. f
