Mach's Law is proposed in the reference [1] published in November 2010,which solves the long-standing contradiction between Mach Principle and the General Theory of Relativity,and thus obtained an applicable condition for Einstein's theory of relativity.This paper clarifies some issues related to Mach's Law to help readers have a deeper understanding of this Law.The paper describes the origin of the Mach's Law,the relationship between Mach's Law and the gravitational field equation of general relativity,and discusses the slow down effect of clock.
