英文摘要：

Objective：To compare changes of Aconite which concocted by Method of Zhang Faction in chemical composition.Methods：Using TLC and HPLC to analysis sample of Aconite and its processed products,and comparision the differences of chemical constituents before and after processing.Results：After processing,TLC and HPLC profiles map of processed products that occur more than one new composition.Diester alkaloids content decreased significantly,and some components were increased.Conclusion：Chemical composition of Aconite changes significantly after processing.
