EPS轻质混凝土的刚度特征及其在整体式轻质路基中的应用

聚苯乙烯颗粒表面具有明显的憎水性,以其为骨料制备轻质混凝土时,现有技术不能彻底解决水灰比小时流动性丧失或水灰比大时骨料上浮,还有可能解决方案不便捷,甚至解决方案成本较高;针对这些不足,试验以聚苯颗粒和普通硅酸盐水泥为基础材料,在机械力化学和粉体材料湿法改性作用下,制备了较为稳定的水泥悬浮液;最后借助搅拌机械力,制备了一种非牛顿流体状轻质混凝土;该流体状混凝土中轻质聚苯颗粒处于悬浮状态,解决了聚苯颗粒上浮等问题,并且适宜的水灰比下具有良好的流动性好,可实现自密实。另外,制备工艺技术路线简单,对搅拌机械和施工人员专业素质要求低,制备过程不受外界环境剧烈变化影响,可以实现大范围泵送,全程可实现机械化施工,降低了劳动强度,提高了施工效率。

英文摘要:

The surface of expanded polystyrene(EPS) particulates has obvious hydrophobicity,so it brings many problems in the preparation of lightweight concrete in which EPS particulates as aggregate,such as the existing technology can not completely solve the liquidity loss with the low water-cement ratio or otherwise the aggregate float with the high water-cement ratio.There is also probably that the solutions are not convenient and quick,and even the solutions cost are higher.Considering these shortages,lightweight concrete was prepared with EPS particulates and cement material containing modifiers,extenders and plasticizer.Firstly,wet modification of the surface of cement particles was carried out based on mechanical force chemistry and wet process modification technology of powder material,and then stable cement slurry was prepared.At last,a kind of non-Newtonian fluid concrete was prepared subjected to the mechanical force produced by mixing.It must be said that the lightweight EPS particulates in this fluid concrete are in suspended state,so the problem of EPS particulates floating up has been solved completely.And this fluid concrete has good fluidity with suitable water to cement ratio and can realize self-consolidating.In addition,the preparation process is simple,and the requirements of the mixing machinery and the professional quality to construction personnel are low,also,the preparation process is not affected by environmental change.There are some other advantages,such as it can achieve a large range of pumping,the whole process can be achieved mechanical construction,the labor intensity can be reduced,the construction efficiency can be improved.
