以辽宁港口群内大连港与营口港为研究对象,选择2000--2010年港口与腹地经济协同度为切入点,测度两港的发展水平并分析未来发展态势。大连港、营口港与腹地经济协同度虽然略有差异,但总体上均呈现逐年提升的态势;两港与腹地经济高协同区域由沈大交通线向沿海地区转移;大连港与腹地经济中心沈阳市的协同度高于营口港;营口港与腹地经济协同度有提升态势,大连港、营口港与沈阳市的经济协同度相对于其他地级市出现逐年弱化现象。进一步探究双港驱动腹地经济协同发展的内部机制,发现在不同阶段自然条件与区位条件展开博弈;出现由市场需求和地方政府共同推动的主导港地位之争;港口与腹地经济的协同度受腹地中心城市的影响较大;外部环境及地方政策导向作用明显。
Taking Dalian Port and Yingkou Port of the port group in Liaoning Province as research objects, this paper choose the degree of synergetic development between port and its hinterland as the starting point to evaluate the port development level and forecast the trend of development. The authors discover synergetic development between port and hinterland not only appear the similarities, but also display some differences. The degree of synergetic devel- opment between port and the hinterland of Dalian Port and Yingkou Port reveal a general trend of fast increase, also there are some differences between two ports. The higher synergetic degree has moved from Shenyang-Dalian Highway areas to the costal regions. The synergetic degree between Dalian Port and Shenyang is higher than Yingkou Port. With the development of port, the degree of synergetic development between Yingkou Port and its hinterland appear to be rising, but for other cities, the synergetic degree between both ports and the economic center city are fading out. The nature resources and the location brings different effects to the synergetic development; Central cities paly an important part in the evolution process of port and hinterland; From the view of outside factors, competitiveness of the main port is mainly effected by government implement and market requirements.
