英文摘要：

This paper takes the opening strategy of Liaoning Coastal Economic Zone in Northeast China and Russian Far East as the integrating point and analyzes the feasibility of the economic and trade linkage rela- tion between the coastal ports in Liaoning and Russian Far East with many advantages： the heating-up po- litical and economic relationship between China and Russia, the superior natural and locational conditions of the ports in Liaoning, coherent and integrated framework of port group and frequent economic and trade cooperation between the port of Dalian and Russian Far East. Then it analyzes the factors that hinder the linkage between the port group in Liaoning and the hinterland of Russian Far East, which is the low trading level of the ports in Liaoning with Russia, the urgent need of improvement in transportation and other infrastructure, the unstable international political environment and the uncertainty of the two coun- tries; trade policies. Some countermeasures promoting the trade linkage are proposed, keep an open mind and fully understand the strategic position of Liaoning Coastal Economic Zone, change the mode and ac- tively carry out multifaceted cooperation in depth, seize the opportunity and do utmost to tap into the po- tential of Liaoning province to trade with Russia, innovate the system and activate the economic and trade cooperation between the port group in Liaoning and Russian Far East, and enhance the communication and actively promote cooperation between regional culture and talented person through various channels.
