The author conducted a preliminary study on the live feeds and fish community of the only habitat of Aspiorhynchus laticeps(Day) since 2003. The results showed that: There were 34 species (genus) of phytoplankton. The average density and biomass of phytoplankton was 145.7×104 ind/L and 1.225 mg/L,respectively.
