This article analyzes the behaviors of colleges and universities in resources sharing and proposes an incentive mechanism of digital resources sharing using resources sharing broker mode.Using the different service strategy the incentive modes adjust the benefit participants.The article expounds the significances about coordination between the sharing of digital resources and copyright protection through the protection of copyright in resources sharing at the end.
