利用空气干燥法对采自河南省桐柏县西小河和三里岔村两产地日本三角涡虫(Dugesia japonica)的染色体和核型进行了研究,结果表明:日本三角涡虫西小河种群的体细胞中染色体数目以16条为主,少数为24条和25条,分别占86.67%、6.07%和7.26%,染色体基数为8,为2倍体、3倍体和3倍性非整倍体的混合体,核型公式分别为:2n=2x=16=16m,2n=3x=24=24m,2n=3x+1=25=24m+1;日本三角涡虫三里岔种群的体细胞中染色体数目以24条为主,少数为16条和25条,分别占63.48%、13.91%和9.56%,染色体基数为8,为3倍体、2倍体和3倍性非整倍体的混合体,核型公式分别为:2n=3x=24=24m,2n=2x=16=16m,2n=3x+1=25=24m+1,该产地日本三角涡虫种群部分个体体细胞中染色体在结构上发生变异,使其核型呈现多型性.
The diversity of chromosome and karyotype of the freshwater planarians,Dugesia japonica,collected from xixiaohe and sanlicha village in Tongbai County,Henan Province is studied by air-drying method.The results show that Dugesia japonica collected from xixiaohe have the diploid chromosome number of 16 with a karyotype formula of 2n=2x=16=16m,the triploid that of 24 with one of 2n=3x=24=24m and aneuploidic triploid 2n=3x+1=25=24m+1.The percents of diploid,triploid and aneuploidic triploid cells are 86.67%,6.07% and 7.26%,respectively.Dugesia japonica collected from sanlicha village has the triploid(2n=3x=24=24m),the diploid(2n=2x=16=16m) and aneuploidic triploid(2n=3x+1=25=24m+1) cells and their percentages are 63.48%,13.91% and 9.56%,respectively.The chromosome and karyotype of Dugesia japonica from two populations show polymorphism.
