测定了离子液体溴化1-辛基-3-甲基咪唑对日本三角涡虫的急性毒性,并在此基础上研究了离子液体曝露对日本三角涡虫摄食与再生的影响.结果表明,离子液体对涡虫72h的LC50为313mg·L-1.在摄食实验中,离子液体处理组的摄食涡虫数均较对照组有不同程度的下降,且质量浓度20mg·L-1时,摄食涡虫数在3次喂食后的不同时间点大多明显减少,与对照组相比差异显著.在再生实验中,前96h各处理组的再生涡虫数均较对照组少,且质量浓度20mg·L-1的3个处理组与对照组相比差异显著.由此可见,离子液体对涡虫的摄食和再生均有一定的抑制作用,且该影响具有剂量——效应关系.此外,本文也对离子液体影响涡虫摄食、再生的可能机制进行了初步探讨.
The acute toxicity of ionic liquid 1-octyl-3-methylimidazolium bromide ([C8 mim]Br) on D. japonica was de- termined. Effects of [C8 mim]Br exposure on planarian ingestion and regeneration were studied. The results of the acute toxici- ty test show that the 72 h -LC50 value of [C8 mim]Br on D. japonica was 313 mg·L-1. In the ingestion experiment, the num- bers of ingested planarians in treated groups were all decreased when compared to the control. And the difference was statisti- cally significant in groups with [C8 mim]Br concentration higher than 20 mg·L-1. As for the regeneration test, the regenera- ted planarians of all treated groups were less than that in the controI in the first 96 h, and the difference was significant in the groups with concentration higher than 20 mg ·L-1. All the results indicate that ionic liquid can inhibit the ingestion and regen- eration of planarian, and this effect is dose-dependent. In addition, the probable mechanisms of effects of ionic liquid on planari- an ingesiton and regeneration were also primarily discussed.
