天津芦苇湿地影响碳储量关键参数的模拟优化

采用方差比率法(VR),2×2列联表的χ2和W检验、Ochiai联结指数(OI)、去趋势对应分析(DCA)及Spearman秩相关分析,对天津滨海盐碱区,湿地植被恢复后群落动态变化过程中的物种关联性和相关性进行了分析。结果表明:多物种间整体上表现为显著正关联(VR=2.725〉1);χ2检验正负关联种对比为0.22,总体趋于独立和随机分布(但显著种对中正负关联种对比为1.18,且显著正关联的极显著率达到85%);

Variance ratio(VR) of overall association, X2 -test and W-test for 2 ×2 contingency table, Ochiai index (0I) , Detrended correspondence analysis(DCA) and Spearman rank correlation coefficsocition were used in our quantitative analysis of process of dynamic change in restored wetlands. Results showed that there was significant positive correlation among main populations in general ( VR = 2. 725 〉 1 ). The ratios of positive and negative associations by X2 - test was 0.22 ( 1.18 as for significant pairs and the extremely significant rate reached 85% in significant positive association) ; interspecific associations tends to be independent and random distribution overall. OI values were concentrated in two districts(0.2 〈 OI ≤0.4and 0.8 〈 OI≤1 ) ; the higher level of significance has the bigger OI values. DCA ordination diagram results in good agreement with OI; distribution and distances between pairs used to show the relationship between species has good effect. According to the association of dominant species and their adaptabili five ecological species groups. Each group has ty to the environment, the 28 common species were divided into the strong positive correlation and the species have the similar ecological demands and the similar ways of utilizing groups have obvious niche separation and succession resources; among the groups, different ecological species transform trend.
