为了在高档织机开发过程中实现引纬机构的优化设计,适应客户个性化定制需求,针对共轭凸轮引纬机构提出了一种运动学求解方法。建立了引纬剑杆的运动学方程,求解了位移、速度、加速度,以及与运动学参数相关的运动特性图谱;以摇杆为例构建了一种考虑动力学影响的结构优化方法,利用运动学特性图谱求解了相应杆长的最优区间。基于MATLAB仿真图,验证了该方法的正确性。
In order to quickly respond to customer requirements and realize the optimization design of weft insertion mechanism in high rapier looms development, a new method about solution of kinematics equation was developed. The kinematics equation was proposed, and the kinematic curve of displacement, velocity and acceleration were given. The kinematics spectrum of this weft insertion mechanism was also provided according to these parameters. An optimization design of the conjugate cam weft insertion mechanism was established based on kinematics spectrum with dynamics condi- tions. As a case, the optimization solution expansion of a rocker was also presented. Results based on MATLAB demonstrate the rightness of the proposed method.
