针对高速剑杆织机不可避免的产生柔性的问题,采用ANSYS-ADAMS联合仿真的方法,选取扇形齿轮为柔性件,通过改变扇形齿轮轴轴径,在ANSYS中生成相应的中性文件,导入ADAMS中分别进行仿真。在仿真得到不同轴径下剑带的运动特性曲线后,将这些曲线做比较,发现扇形齿轮轴轴径与剑带运动特性曲线的关系。仿真结果表明,在构件柔性不可避免,本着尽可能减少构件重量的前提下,合理优化扇形齿轮轴轴径,可以大大的减少柔性对引纬机构的影响。
As for inevitably flexible problem with high-speed rapier loom,it used the method of the ANSYS-ADAMS co simulation,and selected gear sector for flexible pieces,through changing the diameter of axle of sector gear,then generated the corresponding neutral files,which would be imported for ADAMS.After simulation,the movement characteristics curve of different diameter of axle would be received,by comparing these curses,the relationship of diameter of axle and sword belt would be found.The simulation results show that with the inevitable flexible cause and the premise that minimize component,the reasonable optimization of diameter of axle of sector gear can greatly reduce the impact for weft insertion mechanism.
