为了促进上海物流业与制造业的协调发展,通过DEA模型对上海物流业与制造业的发展协调性进行评价,研究2006~2015年物流业与制造业互为投入产出时的综合技术效率、规模效率和技术效率,并对物流业与制造业的发展协调性进行定义。结果表明：上海物流业与制造业发展不协调,物流业与制造业都存在投入冗余的现象,所有年份都处于规模收益递减和规模收益不变的状态,技术效率低下严重阻碍了物流业与制造业的协调发展。

英文摘要：

In order to promote the coordinated development of Shanghai logistics and manufacturing industry, evaluating the coordination of logistics industry and manufacturing industry in Shanghai by DEA model. We study the comprehensive techni- cal efficiency, scale efficiency and technical efficiency of lo- gistics industry and manufacturing industry in the 2006-2015. and define the coordination between the logistics industry and the manufacturing industry. The result shows that the logistics industry of Shanghai is out of hne with the development of manufacturing industry. Both the logistics industry and the manufacturing industry have the phenomenon of ＂input redun- dancy＂, and all the years are in the scale of diminishing re- turns and constant returns to scale. The low efficiency of technology has seriously hindered the coordinated development between the logistics industry and the manufacturing industry.
