本文在上海典型冬季工况下,测试了太阳能驱动的除湿换热器系统的采暖加湿性能。同时针对再生热水温度、再生热水流量和再生风量等三个影响再生过程的重要因素进行了实验研究。结果表明,除湿换热器系统在冬季工况下可以有效实现采暖加湿,并在热水温度为40℃,流量为0.4 kg/s,再生风量为400 m3/h的工况下达到最佳送风状态。此时送风含湿量为5.15kg/s,系统热力学性能系数(COP(th))达到1.78。同时,针对冬季环境含湿量的变化提出了不同的风量控制策略,实现送风温湿度和系统性能的最优化。
In this paper,a desiccant coated heat exchanger system is installed and tested under typical winter condition at Shanghai.Effects of hot water temperature,hot water mass flow rate and regeneration air flow flux are discussed as vital factors impacting system performance.It is found that the optimum regeneration hot water temperature and mass flow rate is 40℃ and 0.4 kg/s,when the regeneration air mass flow flux is 400 m3/h.Under this operation condition,average humidity ratio of supply air is 5.15 g/kg,and COP(th) can reach 1.78.For different humidify ratios of ambient air,a strategy of appropriate mass flow fluxes of air is implemented to balance thermal comfort and system thermal efficiency.
