析湿工况下管排数对翅片管换热器表面积灰影响的实验研究

为了明确析湿工况下粉尘沉积对翅片管换热器长效性能的影响规律,需要研究析湿工况下不同管排数对换热器表面粉尘沉积量、空气侧压降和换热量的影响特性。本文使用管排数为1~3排的开窗翅片管换热器进行粉尘沉积的可视化实验。实验结果表明,在相同的析湿和喷粉工况下,开窗翅片管换热器管排数越多,换热器单位面积上的粉尘沉积量越少、空气侧压降增幅越小、换热量衰减幅度越小。3排管的换热器样件单位面积粉尘沉积量比2排管和1排管的换热器样件分别减小了20.9%和23.7%,1、2和3排管的换热器样件的空气侧压降与积灰前相比分别增加了918.3%、824.9%和624.0%,换热量与积灰前相比分别减小了52.6%、50.5%和45.2%。

英文摘要:

The influence of tube row number on dust deposition weight,air-side pressure drop and heat transfercapacity under dehumidifying conditions should be known in order to investigate the effect of dust deposition onlong term performance of fin-and-tube heat exchangers under dehumidifying conditions.In this paper,thevisualization experiments of dust deposition were carried out for louver-fin typed test samples with tube rownumber ranging from1to3.The experimental results show that,under the same dehumidifying and dust injectingconditions,the decrease rate of dust deposition weight per unit area,the increase rate of air-side pressure drop andthe decrease rate of heat transfer capacity decrease with the increase of tube row number.Dust deposition weightper unit area on test sample with triple row tube is decreased by20.9%and23.7%respectively compared withthat on test samples with double row tube and single row tube.The air-side pressure drop is increased by918.3%,824.9%and624.0%respectively for test samples with single,double and triple tube row compared with thatunder initial conditions;meanwhile,the heat transfer capacity is decreased by52.6%,50.5%and45.2%respectively for test samples with single,double and triple tube row compared with that under initial conditions.
