运用灰色关联度模型探讨林业碳汇项目绩效的影响因素,为提高林业碳汇项目绩效水平,优化林业碳汇发展路径提供理论指导。研究表明:项目实施区社会、经济和生态特征以及项目特征对项目生态效益、社会效益、经济效益和绩效水平都具有显著影响,但影响程度存在差异,优化和提升绩效水平的政策应当向影响因素和项目区域倾斜,同时兼顾项目区经济、社会和生态特征。
In order to improve the performance level of forestry carbon sequestration projects, forestry carbon development path to provide effective theoretical guidance and path optimization, this paper used Grey Relational Degree model to investigate the influence factors of forestry carbon sequestration project performance. Studies have shown that, implementation of the project social, economic and ecological characteristics and project characteristics on the project of ecological benefits, social benefits, economic benefits and the level of performance has significant influence, but the impact is varied in degree, in the optimization and upgrade the performance level of the policy should do influence factors and the project regional tilt, taking into account the project area economic, social and ecological characteristics, adjust measures to local conditions.
