精密时差测量在激光测距、无源时差定位、航空遥控遥测等领域有着广泛的应用。提出时间-数字转换技术的时差测量方法,设计一种基于TDC-GP1的高精度时差测量系统,并介绍测量系统设计方法和软、硬件实现原理。所设计的系统具有配置灵活、可靠性高、功耗低等优点。通过对实际测量数据的分析表明,系统可以实现纳秒级的时间间隔测量。
Precise time difference measurement is widely used in the fields of laser rangefinder, passive TDOA location, aviation remote telemetry,the time difference measurement method based on TDC is proposed and the precise time difference measurement system based on TDC- GP1 is designed. Besides,the method of system design, the software and hardware circuit principles are given. The system has some advantages, such as flexible configuration, high reliability and low power consumption. The analysis shows that the system can achieve ns-level time interval measurement.
