由于积水和高速列车的作用,我国无砟轨道服役过程中出现了材料软化、掉块、冒泥冒浆等水致病害。通过资料收集、成果总结与现场调查,对高速铁路无砟轨道水致伤损的类型、产生原因及危害进行了系统的总结。按照病害成因及水的不利影响程度将无砟轨道水致伤损分为积水导致的材料软化问题和冲刷导致的掉粒、离缝、冒浆问题。针对典型的层间离缝冒浆现象,建立列车与水耦合作用下层间离缝流固耦合三维计算模型予以分析,发现离缝内动水压力与行车速度的二次方成正比。建议在无砟轨道运营过程中及时做好排水工作,在遭遇强降雨时或对积水严重的路段列车应减速运行。
Due to the actions of both water and high speed train load,water-induced ballastless track damages such as material softening,block falling,mud-pumping etc.occurred in Chinese ballastless track.Through data collection’research results summary and field investigation,the classification,causes and harm of water七duced ballastless track damages on high speed railway were systematically summarized.According to causes and adverse affect degree of water on track structure,water-induced ballastless track damages were classified as tw o types of problems,material softening caused by seeper,block falling,interlayer seam and mud-pumping caused by scouring.According to the typical phenomenon of interlayer seam and mud-pumping,a3D model of fluid and solid coupling under coupling actions of both train load and water was established T he calculation results show that the hydrodynamic pressure in interlayer seam is proportional to the quadratic power of train speed.So the recommendations are timely drainage and moderate slowing down train speed in the case of heavy rainfall or serious seeper.
