CRTSⅢ型板式轨道作为我国自主研发的新型板式轨道结构,目前在国内尚未系统地研究层间离缝下结构以及门型筋的受力情况.根据CRTSⅢ型板式轨道结构特点,建立包含钢轨、轨道板、门型连接钢筋、自密实混凝土和混凝土底座的轨道结构受力分析模型,分析不同荷载作用下层间离缝位置和长度对门型筋受力和连接效果的影响.研究结果表明:列车荷载与负温度荷载共同作用下,板边出现离缝对门型筋连接效果的影响最大,轨道板板端混凝土被拉坏.对此,提出在轨道板两端加密门型筋的布置方式,通过对比,采用加密门型筋的布置方式在离缝条件下层间连接效果更好.
As Chinese independent innovation of slab track structure, there wasnot related research on force ofstructure and door type steel of CRTS Ⅲ slab track with interlayer gap so far. In reference to the structure ofCRTS Ⅲ slab track, finite element beamsolid model was established. And influences on the force and connec-tion effect of door type steel caused by different position and length of interlayer gap under different loads wereanalyzed. The results show that interlayer gap that appeared in the plates' boundary has the biggest influence onthe connection effect of door type steel under the common effect of train load and negative temperature gradient,concrete at both ends of the track plate broken. So the setting form of encrypting door type steels at both ends ofthe track plate was put forward in this paper. By comparison, the effect of the arrangement of encrypting steels isbetter in the condition of interlayer gap.
