农村中小学教师流失的现状分析及对策研究

农村中小学教师是我国教师队伍的重要组成部分。随着经济社会的发展,农村中小学教师地位有所提高,其待遇得到了一定程度的改善,但由于农村中小学教师工资福利待遇较差、教师急于实现个人价值以及存在一定程度的职业倦怠,因而,在发展过程中存在师资流失严重的现象,主要表现为从农村流向城市,流失数量逐年增加且具有明显的年龄、性别特征,其危害表现在:一是严重影响了师资队伍的稳定,降低了农村中小学教育教学质量;二是导致生源流向城镇,使得城镇中小学班额超标;三是制约了教育事业的健康发展。为化解该问题,需要加大教育经费投入,改善农村中小学教师待遇;加强教师职业道德建设,增强教师的成就感和价值感等,这些举措是缓解农村中小学教师流失的对策。

Rural primary and secondary school teachers is an important part of teachers in our country, with the de- velopment of economic society, the status of rural primary and secondary school teachers improve, treatment, are im- proved to a certain extent, but due to poor rural primary and secondary school teachers wages material benefits, at the same time, teachers are eager to realize personal value and a certain degree of job burnout, exist in the development process of the teachers erosion phenomenon, main show is flow from rural to urban, the loss quantity increases year by year and has obvious characteristics of age, gender, which seriously affect the stability of the teaching staff, reduces the rural primary and secondary school education teaching quality, at the same time lead to matriculate flow to cities and towns, urban cities in middle and primary school class amount exceeds bid, have restricted the healthy development of ed- ucation undertakings. This article through to the present condition of the teacher loss of rural middle and primary school analysis put forward the input of education funds, improve the treatment of rural primary and secondary school teachers; To strengthen the construction of teachers' professional ethics, strengthen the teachers' sense of achievement and sense of worth, ease the best countermeasures to the problem of rural primary and secondary schools.
