随着MDM2的发现,MDM2-P53相互作用机制的不断阐明和小分子MDM2抑制剂的进展,临床医帅发现,应用MDM2抑制剂可阻断MDM2-P53的相互作用,提高P53的表达水平,从而起到治疗肿瘤的作用。本文结合国内外文献就MDM2抑制刹在治疗泌尿系统肿瘤时的作用机制及相关信号传导通路的研究进展作一综述。
The discovery of the key negative regulator MDM2 and the detailed mechanism of MDM2- P53 prolein-protein interaction provide a great opportunity to activate P53 by inhibiting MDM2-P53 interaction with MDM2 inhibitor. In this article, the author will review the accomplishnlent in the area of MDM2 inhibi- tor treatment on tumors of urological system. Tile detailed mechanism and the signal pathways involved are summarized simuhaneously.
