生物质热裂解油是一种“碳平衡”的可再生新型燃油,其辛烷值、挥发性及着火性等性质与汽油和柴油有很大的差别,因此很难直接在汽油机、柴油机上应用。拟采用由压燃的柴油引燃预混的生物质热裂解油均质混合气快速燃烧(Homogeneous Charge Induced Ignition,HCII)的工作模式,将一台WY290F柴油机,改造成高压缸内直喷柴油、进气道低压电喷生物质热裂解油的HCII内燃机。本文重点探讨其中的电控系统,初步试验改造成的电喷发动机以纯柴油工作时,功率和扭矩接近原机,以HCII工作时,也能稳定运转。
Biomass pyrolysis oil is a new renewable fuel. For its properties, like octane number, volatility and ignition resistance, are different from those of gasoline or diesel, biomass pyrolysis oil is difficult to be applied on gasoline or diesel engine directly. Therefore, an operation mode with HCII is proposed, which means that diesel ignited by compression induces the oil. The diesel engine WY290F is remodeled into a HCII engine e- quipped with a special injection system. The system contains two circuits, high-pressure direct injection of diesel and low-pressure inlet injection of biomass pyrolysis oil. This paper focuses on the electronic control sys- tem, when the EFI engine works with pure diesel, its power and torque are close to that of original engine. When HCII works, it also operates stably.
