针对含电动汽车负荷的微电网经济调度问题,提出了采用动态电价调节电动汽车负荷的微电网调度策略的求解方法。在分析固定电价下电动汽车负荷计算后,建立了一个调度周期内电动汽车负荷对电价变化的响应模型,反映了动态电价对电动汽车负荷的影响。根据响应模型,建立了含电动汽车、多种微电源和负荷的微电网成本最小的优化调度模型,并采用粒子群算法(PSO)进行求解调度策略。算例表明,所提调度策略能引导微电网中电动汽车有序充电,实现负荷削峰填谷,降低微电网运行成本。
Aiming at the economic scheduling of micro-grid with electric vehicle load,a solving method of economic scheduling in micro-grid by using the dynamic time-of-use( TOU) tariffs to adjust electric vehicles load was proposed. The electric vehicle load response model vs price changes of power within a scheduling period was established with calculating the electric vehicle load under constant prices. The response model reflects the effect of dynamic TOU tariffs to electric vehicles load. Then,according to the response model,the optimal scheduling model of micro-grid with electric vehicle load,micro source and loads was established,and the particle swarm optimization algorithm( PSO) was used to solve the scheduling. The numerical example shows that the proposed scheduling strategy can guide the orderly charging of electric vehicles in the micro grid to achieve the peak load shifting and reduce the operating cost of micro-grid.
