采用空间矢量脉宽调制(SVPWM),提出一种能同时平衡逆变器中点电压和减低功率器件损耗的协同控制算法。通过合理选择七段调制和九段调制策略并采用闭环控制算法完成对中点电压的平衡控制:通过使开关不动作区域位于负载电流最大值处,以减少开关损耗;进而通过调节滞环宽带和广义零矢量系数,实现电压平衡和损耗的协同控制。实验证明协同控制算法能有效均衡中点电压并降低损耗。
The coordinated control algorithm of balancing the inverter neutral point potential and reducing the loss of power devices is proposed by using the space vector pulse width modulation(SVPWM).The algorithm makes a reasonable choice of seven segment modulation and nine segment modulations, and makes use of the closed-loop control algorithm to complete the neutral point potential balance control.In order to reduce the switching loss ,the switch operating area is located in the load current on the maximum.By adjusting the hysteresis band and modulation coefficient, the potential balance and loss reduction are implemented by the cooperative control algorithm.Experimental results show that the proposed method can efficiently regulate neutral point potential unbalancing and devices loss.
