涵洞式水闸作为取水输水工程中水闸的一种常见形式,在黄河下游得到了广泛的应用。在水闸安全评价工作中,其安全复核部分涉及内容多、过程复杂,需付出大量时间和精力。结合水闸安全复核的流程和实际工作中所涉及到的问题,依照现行强制性条文和最新规范,针对黄河下游涵闸进行了安全复核软件的初步研发。目前该软件可以对涵闸的防洪标准、渗流、闸室、机架桥、闸墩、涵洞及消能防冲进行安全复核,大大减少了人工工作量,提高了安全复核的质量和速度,这对水闸安全复核的现代化、科学化、高效化和规范化有着极大的促进作用。
As a common form of sluice in water diversion project, the culvert sluice has been widely used in the downstream of the Yellow River. In its safety assessment, safety check contains many contents thus its process is very complicated and usually takes a lot of time and energy. In this paper a safety check software for culvert sluice located in the downstream of the Yellow River is preliminarily developed in accordance with the existing mandatory provisions and the latest specifications. The software can complete the safety check of flood control standard, seepage, lock chamber, frame bridge, pier, culverts and energy dissipation, thus manual work was reduced greatly. Meanwhile quality and speed of the safety check are improved greatly as well. And the software is helpful for promoting modernization, scientific, high efficiency and standardization of the safety check for culvert sluice.
