为区别透水模板布(CPFL)过滤层与结构层的孔结构特征,针对其过滤层表面孔径与结构层等效孔径进行了理论试验研究.首先,采用负压吸力法测试分析了不同试验条件下CPFI。等效孔径分布差别;其次,基于PoissonPolyhedron理论与Hagen—Poisseuille定律,探讨过滤层表面孔径特征长度取值方法,推导CPFI。过滤层表面理论孔径分布并试验验证.结果表明:标准试验条件是负压吸力法准确获取CPFL等效孔径曲线的关键;基于垂直渗透系数求解过滤层孔径分布方法可行,过滤层孔径相比等效孔径,前者分布范围更窄、特征孔径更小.最后,提出了过滤层表面理论孔径分布表征方法.
In order to determine the difference of pore structure between filter layer and structure layer ol' CPFL (controlled permeability formwork liner), equivalent and filter layer pore sizes were tested and analyzed theoretically. Firstly, equivalent pore size distribution was measured by negative pressure method under different conditions. Besides, based on the Poisson Polyhedron theory and Hagcn- Poisseuille law, characteristic length value of filter layer surface was discussed, pore size distribution ol filter layer surface was presented and verified by test. The results showed that standard test condition of suction plane table was the key to get precise equivalent pore sizes of CPFL, and filter layer's pore size calculated by vertical permeability was practicable resulting in, the distribution was narrower than that of equivalent pore sizes as well as the characteristic value was smaller than that of equivalent. Furthermorc, characterization of filter layer's pore size distribution of CPFL was presented.
