目的建立基于实时业务数据的医师绩效考核系统,加强医师绩效考核管理,实现实时获取医师绩效考核数据,提高绩效考核工作效率。方法利用信息系统原型开发方法建立绩效考核系统,采用GoldenGate技术同步医院信息系统(HIS)数据库,避免读取实时诊疗工作量数据对HIS造成压力。结果优化了医师绩效考核工作流程,减少了医院绩效考核工作量。结论医师绩效考核系统的应用,对节约绩效考核成本,提高工作效率,提高医院整体管理水平有很好的促进作用,为绩效考核工作的持续改进奠定了基础。
Objective To improve the performance evaluation efficiency, this study built a performance evaluation system to strengthen the physician performance evaluation management by obtaining realtime evaluation data. Methods Based on information system prototype development methods, the performance evaluation system was built. The GoldenGate technology was adopted to synchronize Hospital Information System (HIS) database so as to avoid adding pressure on HIS when reading real-time treatment data. Results A physician performance evaluation system based on realtimebusiness data was developed,which optimized the evaluation workflow and reduced evaluation workload of physician. Conclusion The application of the physician performance evaluation system will play an active role in lowering the evaluation costs, improving work efficiency and enhancing the overall hospital management level, and it will also lay a foundation for continuous improvement of performance evaluation.
