为了改进现有船舶驾驶台模拟设备的真实感不强、集成度不高以及数据传输效率低下问题,从软硬件两个方面提出了一种新的驾驶台模拟设备设计方案。硬件方面,以CPLD作为核心控制单元,设计了模拟设备驱动电路以及基于USB20D模块的高速数据传输通道;软件方面,以VS2010作为开发平台,利用USB20D模块自带的驱动模块,完成了上位机通信程序的设计。通过实验及实际操作可知,新的驾驶台模拟设备在外观及功能上与真实设备相仿,具有较强的沉浸感,同时对现有设备的扩展性能进行了增强。
In order to improve the reality,integration and data transmission efficiency of existing marine bridge simulation equipment,a new design scheme of bridge simulation equipment was proposed from two aspects of hardware and software.In hardware,the simulation device driver circuit and high-speed data transmission channel that is based on USB20 D module were designed based on CPLD,which was applied as the core control unit for the whole hardware system;in software,PC based communication program was developed on VS2010 platform by invoking existing driver program for USB20 D module.The experiment outcomes and practical operation show that the new bridge simulation equipment is similar in appearance and function to the real equipment,and has a strong sense of immersion.At the same time,the expansion capability of the existing equipment is enhanced.
