根据浙北水网船舶航行实测资料回归得出适合于内河水网航行的船舶安全间距.结合船舶的行为特征,为不同类型水网节点计算节点处船舶交通时空损耗,并建立水网通过能力模型.实际对比证明,所建立的模型能较真实地反映水网地区船舶通过能力.通过分析船舶流组成,船舶长度、速度等参数变化,进一步分析了其对通过能力的影响,可为水网地区航运管理、水运挖潜提供参考.
A model of safety space between ships navigating in inland waterway network is studied with on site situation observations and statistical analysis.Based on the ship behavior characteristics,ship's space-time resource occupation is calculated for different kinds of waterway network nodes and,further,a traffic capacity model is built.It is indicated that this model effectively reflects the traffic capacity of inland waterway networks.The effects of the variations of parameters,such as traffic flow,ship length and speed,on traffic capacity are further analyzed,which provides references for shipping management and data mining.
