基于环境保护和废旧物品残留的经济价值,针对废旧物品的回收与再处理问题,建立了一个多级逆向物流网络的混合整数规划模型,采用遗传算法进行了求解,并通过算例验证了该模型与算法的有效性,并给出了制定合理补贴费用的方法,以提高废旧物品的回收率。
Due to the environmental protection and the remaining economic value in the waste materials, this paper presents a multi-stage reverse logistics network problem with incentive payment and formulates a mixed-integer nonlinear facility location model. A genetic algorithm (GA) is proposed and the performance of the proposed solution method is demonstrated with computational experimentation. The method of formulating incentive is also put forward in order to improve the recycling rate of waste materials.
