鉴于高速轧辊磨头中偏心套油膜润滑性能是影响磨头磨削精度和稳定性的关键,基于Roynolds方程对偏心套油膜的压力进行分析,并采用积分差分法实现Roynolds方程的无量纲化。同时在Matlab中编写出Roynolds方程,运用Matlab强大的程序运算、数据分析及结果可视化处理功能,求解出高速轧辊磨头偏心套油膜润滑压力空间分布图。
In view of oil film lubrication performance of the eccentric sleeve in the high speed roll grinding head is the critical factor that affects accuracy and stability of the grinding head. The pressure of the eccentric sleeve oil film was analyzed based on Roynolds equation,dimensionless treatment of the Roynolds equation was carried out by finite difference method. Using the functions of powerful program operation,data analysis and results visualization of Matlab,Roynolds equation was written in Matlab. The spatial distribution of oil film pressure of the eccentric sleeve in the high speed roller grinding head is obtained.
