In this paper, the technological improvement of manufacture and calibration, and application characteristics of thermistor temperature sensor are described in detail. Temperature sensor is made of thermistor, whose resistance is sensitive to temperature change, in other words, the resistance will change along with temperature. The improved thermistor temperature sensor has the following features, small volume, convenient operation and low.requirement for wire and data collection instrument, short calibration time, high precision, good reliability, wide using range, good repeatability, and able to measure and control remotely. The precision of improved temperature sensor is better than 0.05 ℃.
