新疆农业是灌溉农业,渠系建设在农业发展中占有重要的地位.由于新疆地域广大,水文站网测站稀疏,特别是小河流和洪沟一般均无水文测站;因此,当渠系建设必须穿越无资料的小河流和洪沟时,经常会遇到设计洪水计算无资料的问题,如何在无资料情况下进行设计洪水计算成为急需解决的问题.以阿克苏河流域库玛拉干河为例,采用了洪峰模数法、推理公式法、地区综合经验公式法,探讨了渠道穿越无资料的7个大的洪沟时的设计洪水计算.通过比较,结果表明地区综合经验公式法具有资料的可靠性、地区实用性、可操作性,适合于无资料地区洪沟设计洪水计算.
Xinjiang agriculture depend on irrigation, canal system construction have an important place in agricultural development. There was few hydrologic station in many place of Xinjiang, especially in small fiver and flood ditch. The problem without data has often met in design flood calculation when canal system must cross some small fiver and flood. A case in Kumalagan fiver of Akesu fiver basin, design flood calculation of seven flood ditches without data was discussed by using flood peak modulus method, reasoning formula method, region synthesize empirical formula method. It showed that region empirical formula method is better.
