干旱区内陆河流域生态环境十分脆弱,生态环境质量的定量评价是合理开发利用资源,促进生态环境保护和经济持续发展的重要依据。根据流域的特点,建立了生态环境质量评价指标体系,应用层次分析法确定了各评价因子的权重和分级量化标准,采用模糊综合评价法对生态环境质量进行评价.以塔里木河为例,对源流和干流的生态环境质量分别进行了评价,结果表明从源流到干流,从干流的上游到下游,生态环境质量的脆弱性逐步加重,评价结果符合塔里木河流域的现状。模糊综合评价法能较好地反映出生态环境系统的模糊性,使评价结果更为客观合理。
Ecologic environment is very weak in the inland river basin, and its qantity assessment is an important basis ot rational resources exploitation, ecological environment protection and social economy development. An ecologic environment quality evaluation index system was proposed based on fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method and the basin characteristics. The weights and grade standards of evaluation indexes were decided by using analytic hierarchy process method. The Tarim river basin was selected as case study and the ecological environment quality was evaluated both in water source and main river reach. The results indicate that the ecological environment quality become worse from source to main river and from upstream to downstream. It is shown that the proposed method is objective and rational.
